Short Description
Ensure Completion of Experiments and generate accurate and reproductible data. The selected candidate should have atleast be a PHd (Chem) with 1- 2 years of relevant technical expertise in techniques such as XRF ICP OES and particles size characterization using dynamic light scattering, optical particle counting, experience with homogenous and heterogeneous catalysts materials used in the polymer and refinery industry is desirable, though not mandatory. Exposure to small-angle neutron scattering (SANS), XPS will be considered especially advantageous. Good communication and presentation skills must be evident; peer review publications in international journals and presentations at significant analytical conferences are a plus. Basic day to day activities would include
1. Calibrating and Maintaining all equipment related to lab.
2. Recording data in lab log book.
3. Responsible for elemental analysis lab safety while working in lab.
4. Reporting the record to the in charge by the end of every shift.
